
Essentially we have been speaking about the positive ways to actually lose weight and keep it off. Well now we need to familiarize some activity that you can increase on your own.
Walking – is the best thing for you to lose weight quick! Honest! Most people want to stroll along while others want to beat the pavement and still others want to sort of walk and stop. Well none of these are really beneficial. You want to get up a go a little more than a snails pace, but not be to the point where you are jogging. The best pace is “window shopping and a little late” I like to call it. This means you are maintaining a good stride and moving along. To add some spice to your daily walk try adding a little incline. This will help speed up your weight loss.
I can’t stress this enough, so here we go again. Get more fiber in your diet. How? Eat apples and low calorie yogurts. Sure, I didn’t believe this either. So I tried it and it works. By filling up on extra fiber you are lessening the need to eat junk food between meals. 40 grams of extra fiber will make a huge difference in you. Items to consider adding to your diet – Avocados (2), Apples (3) per day, and 1 can of red or black beans. This is a short list, but checking the labels on canned goods and fresh fruits can help you get more fiber.
Remember I have not stated you to get rid of your favorite foods, I have merely asked you to add more fiber to your diet. This is the easiest way to get your body to start making the change for you as far as losing weight is concerned. I am expecting you to make a half-hearted attempt to eat better! 40 grams of extra fiber 3 apples, 2 yogurts 1 can of beans. Here’s to your success!
